Cookin up a storm
Yesterday after work I made a nice dinner for my husband and myself, leaving MIL out on her own. I am tired of buying food and making meals for her, she just throws a whole plate away or gives it to the dogs, so I stopped doing it. So I used the grill and then took the food to my husband. I then went back to the kitchen to clean up, which is what I always do when I cook, before I sit down to eat. I took the grill apart and washed to grill that came off from the actually machine. I then put them away while the machine itself sat on the counter cooling off. I then went and joined my husband to eat my dinner. I went back into the kitchen about 30 minutes later and saw that the grill was closed insead of open liked I had left it. So I opened it and saw the MIL had 2 hot dogs on there just buring away but there was no grill, the part that the food grills on, on there. She was buring the hot dogs on the machine itself!
I yell at her right then, “what the hell are you doing”? I left the grill like that to cool off and the actual grill part isn’t even on there! How can you not notice that it’s missing something! Plus it says right on the machine, DO NOT TURN ON IF GRILL IS NOT IN PLACE, which got burned onto her hot dogs! Then I just left the house and took a drive for a few hours. My husband went to the kitchen and yelled at her himself and she stormed off into her bedroom and slammed the door.
She is a nugget.
